1. Overview
Top Cam Hub respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy outlines the procedures for reporting and handling copyright infringement claims on our platform.
2. Filing a DMCA Notice
To file a DMCA notice, please provide the following information in writing to our designated copyright agent:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized person
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity
- Contact information for the complaining party (address, telephone number, and email address)
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located
4. Repeat Infringers
Top Cam Hub maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing material removed from the service more than twice.

6. Response Time
We will respond to all properly formatted DMCA notices within 24-48 hours. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the content
- Provide information about the DMCA process and counter-notification rights
7. False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Make sure you have a good faith belief that the material is actually infringing before submitting a DMCA notice.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page.
